It has been a while.
Running pulled me away, capturing my focus and leaving my writing desk abandoned.
Mid-year, the urge to write whispered. Yet, a lot of distractions crept in.
These months taught me the value of attention.
As the writing break stretched on, I noticed a shift.
The less I wrote, the more life's nuances seemed to fade, leading to a lesser state of ‘being’.
So here I am, back to writing.
To share a few thoughts from my running.
This is the first one: attention is a torchlight in the darkness.
In the darkness, there are distractions and lost opportunities.
What we shine our light on becomes our reality.
So chase what matters, keeping the important things within our line of sight.
Well said
